For this city-wide event, we negotiated hotel contracts and managed housing operations at eight hotels. 5,500 people from 83 different countries attended this international conference.

Our team executed restrictive housing requirements in seven hotels, a complex registration process, and travel arrangements for 2,000 international attendees.

 Executed the contracts for the executive hotel rooms and CEO’s office at this world-renown unveiling of new designs in the automobile industry.  Managed onsite logistics at the hotel and meeting venue to ensure a seamless and safe work environment for the CEO and his executive team.

Super Bowl XXXVI

Managed travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for sales award winners from America Online. Coordinated a meet-and-greet event will National Football League players, as well as activities in conjunction with the Super Bowl fan experience in New Orleans. Planned and hosted a private brunch for AOL winners the day of Super Bowl.

Compaq Computer CIO Roundtable Series

Executed 360 degrees of planning for Compaq’s worldwide executive roundtable series. Developed the agenda, worked with Compaq to secure speakers from their software partners and key reference accounts. Arranged the travel, accommodations and presentation transfer for the keynote speaker from the Gartner Group. Planned the meeting incentive activity, from a suite on the road course of the Monaco Grand Prix, to dinner and box seats at the London Opera.
